Wugu is one of the restaurants at Fairmont Yangcheng Lake, and one of the central tenets of the hotel is the attached farm and growing gardens from where this restaurant sources most of its food. Cuisine at Wugu is authentic local Chinese fare, which benefits greatly from such high quality produce.
Food at Wugu truly is brought fresh from farm to the table, from the 33 acre Yue Feng Island Organic Farm which includes fruit orchards, as well as seasonal organic vegetables. The Wugu restaurant also hosts its own Culinary Studio where guests and visitors can learn about cooking, the environment and the organic movement.
